Chris Boehm – Nic Commerce Inc (egov)

Chris A. Boehm, as President of NIC Commerce, Inc., is responsible for the overall success of its customer relationships, business operations, and employee well-being. With over 20 years in the software business, Mr. Boehm has held progressively responsible positions in general management and technology development in complex, diversified organizations. He has extensive hands-on experience in organizational structuring, strategic planning, business development, technology research and development, and policy development. Prior to joining NIC Commerce in November 2000, Mr. Boehm was President of Comptek Federal Systems (CFS) (CFS's parent company, Comptek Research, Inc., was acquired by Northrop Grumman Corporation in September, 2000). Prior to CFS, Mr. Boehm spent 15 years at Litton/PRC where he was a Vice President and General Manager of the Migrations Solutions Business unit. Mr. Boehm has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York. Profile
