MELISSA CRUZ is CFO for Concord Communications. Ms. Cruz has more than
17 years of experience working in finance and operations for high
technology companies. She oversees the financial, legal, information
technology, operations, investor and human resource aspects of the
company and joined Concord in 1997. Prior to Concord, Ms. Cruz was the
international controller at Bay Networks, having joined Bay at its high
growth inception as Wellfleet Communications. Prior to Bay, Ms. Cruz
spent nine years at Digital Equipment in a variety of financial
management roles, beginning in their financial development program. Ms.
Cruz holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MS in Management
