Robert Zollars – Neoforma Inc (neof)

ROBERT J. ZOLLARS has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neoforma, Inc., since July 1999. Since joining Neoforma, Mr. Zollars has executed and overseen the company's January 2000 initial public offering, as well as its successful evolution to industry leader. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Zollars served as Executive Vice President and Group President of Cardinal Health, Inc., a $21 billion healthcare product and service company. At Cardinal Health, Mr. Zollars was responsible for five of the company's wholly owned subsidiaries: Pyxis Corporation; Owen Healthcare, Inc.; Medicine Shoppe International; Cardinal Information Corporation; and the company's international business. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Zollars served as President of Hospital Supply, Scientific Products and U.S. Distribution of Baxter Healthcare Corporation, where he spearheaded the integration of Baxter's medical-surgical and diagnostics distribution business when the Hospital Supply Division merged with Scientific Products. Before his appointment as President of Hospital Supply, Mr. Zollars was President of I.V. Therapy, a $500 million strategic manufacturing division of Baxter, where he was responsible for 7,000 employees worldwide and 11 manufacturing plants in the United States and abroad. In 1996, shortly after the merger of Baxter Travenol and American Hospital Supply Corporation, Mr. Zollars was promoted to President of Dietary Products, where he was responsible for designing, negotiating and implementing a joint-venture with Kraft General Foods. Mr. Zollars graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, and has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from John F.
