E. PAUL COOKE serves as President of Usertech/Canterbury, Inc., being
named to this position in May 1999. He has over 20 years' experience in
information technology and consulting, both at IBM and with start-up
organizations. Before joining Usertech, he was President of UMS Group,
an information technology and management consulting firm headquartered
in Parsippany, New Jersey, serving large global organizations in the US,
UK, Europe, and Australia. Prior, Mr. Cooke was President of Real
Decisions Corporation of Darien, Connecticut, a software development and
information technology firm doing business with Fortune 1000-sized
companies in the US, UK, and Europe. The company was later acquired by
the Gartner Group, Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Cooke began his career
with the IBM Corporation in software development, rising to the position
of Regional Vice President in IBM's marketing division. He has a BS
degree in Mathematics from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ, and
an MS in Mathematics from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ.
He is President of the Board of Education for the Diocese of Paterson in
