PHILIP R. MCLOUGHLIN is Chairman and CEO of Phoenix Investment Partners,
Ltd., a leading US investment management firm providing institutional
and individual investors with a full line of investment products and
services. The firm manages more than $58 billion in assets through eight
investment management partners. Its headquarters are in Hartford,
Connecticut, which also is home to its majority stockowner, Phoenix Home
Life Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. McLoughlin also is Executive Vice
President, Chief Investment Officer and a Director of Phoenix Home Life.
Prior to his current position, he had advanced to Executive Vice
President, General Counsel since joining the company as an attorney in
its broker-dealer subsidiary in 1971. Profile
