Robert Maskrey – Moog Inc (mog.a)

ROBERT H. MASKREY is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Director of Moog Inc. He earned a Bachelor and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His educational background is in control systems and fluid power control. He joined Moog Inc. in 1964 working in company research, analysis and new product development. Over the past 37 years, he has been involved at Moog in the development of servovales, aircraft flight controls and industrial control systems. Aircraft programs include the F-4, F-15 and the B-2 Flight Control Actuation System. Mr. Maskrey has held various Engineering Management positions including Chief Engineer. In 1985, he became Vice President and General Manager of the Aircraft Division. In 1989 the Engine Controls Division was added, creating the Aircraft Group. In 1994 Moog acquired AlliedSignal's actuation product line, and in 1998 Raytheon's Montek Operations, increasing both the size and scope of the Aircraft Group. The stockholders elected him to the Moog Board of Directors in February 1998. On October 1, 1999 he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Moog Inc. Mr. Maskrey is active in industry organizations including the Boeing MAMS Supplier Advisory Council and the Aerospace Industries Association. He is a member of ASME, AIAA and SAE professional societies. He was on the Editorial Board of the John Wiley book, Instrumentation and Control, and is a Director of Stellex Aerostructures. Profile

Moog.?

Mr. Maskrey: Moog just celebrated its 50th birthday. The company was

founded in 1951 by Bill Moog and has been an
