MICHAEL O'LEARY is 37 years old and is Chief Executive of Ryanair,
Europe's fastest growing scheduled airline. Michael has served as
Director of Ryanair Holdings since July 2, 1996 and as a Director of
Ryanair Limited since November 25, 1988. Mr. O'Leary was the Deputy
Chief Executive of Ryanair Limited from 1991 to May 1993 and Chief
Operating Officer from June 1993 to December 1993, and Chief Executive
from January 1, 1994. Mr. O'Leary was appointed the Chief Executive of
Ryanair Holdings on April 21, 1997. Ryanair is Europe's largest low
fares airline. In the current year, the airline will carry over 5
million passengers on its 26 Irish, UK and European routes. Ryanair
currently employs 1,000 people in its Irish and UK operations, and
operates a fleet of 20 Boeing 737 aircraft. Ryanair is a publicly
quoted, well capitalized airline with its shares listed on the Dublin
