RALF GEISHAUSER is the founder of GEDYS Software Consulting GmbH and has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, which became GEDYS Internet Products AG when it was floated in summer 1999. He is responsible for the following areas: Strategy, Product Development, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, new media as well as M & As. Since its establishment in 1989 Mr. Geishauser has turned the GEDYS group into a rapidly growing vendor of lucrative e-business products.
