JAMES P. PARMELEE is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston
in the technology group, where he is a Telecommunications Equipment
Analyst, based in New York. He was formally associated with Deutsche
Morgan Grenfell, where he was the Senior Telecom Equipment Analyst.
Prior to that, he served as a Senior Consultant with Andersen
Consulting, a division of Arthur Andersen & Co. at that time (now
Accenture), specializing in communications consulting. Mr Parmelee has
been selected in the telecom equipment category of Institutional
Investor magazine's 'All-American Research Teams' of outstanding
brokerage analysts for each year since 1997. Greenwich Associates, The
Wall Street Journal and Reuters have also consistently ranked him among
the leading analysts covering telecom equipment. Mr. Parmelee received

JAMES JUNGJOHANN joined CIBC World Markets Corp. in September 1997 as a
Director and Senior Telecommunications Equipment Analyst. His core
coverage includes cable television equipment, Voice-over-IP components,
and a franchise in optical networking. He was formally associated with
A.G. Edwards & Sons, where he provided research coverage of both telecom
service and equipment providers. His previous work experience included
four years developing applications and accounting systems software. Mr.
Jungjohann is widely quoted in the national media (The Wall Street
Journal, Money, Business Week, etc.) and is a contributing author to
