TOM W. PICK joined Globus Wireless Ltd. in June 2001 as President and
Chief Executive Officer to redefine the company's business model and
implement the company's strategic plan. Mr. Pick brings more than 20
years of wireless industry experience and a comprehensive background in
distribution channel development, distributor optimization, product
sales, and operations. Under Mr. Pick's direction, the Globus team is
focusing on core competencies, operational crispness and accountability
to drive profitable revenue streams and create shareholder value. Prior
to joining Globus Wireless, Mr. Pick's career spanned 20 years with
major wireless industry and telecommunication companies. He held
primary responsibility for overseeing product sales of approximately
$750 million within the personal communications sector. Most recently,
Mr. Pick held a senior executive position with Motorola, in the capacity
of Director, North American Carrier and Distributor Operations. During
his tenure with Motorola, Mr. Pick was instrumental in the dramatic
turnaround of the North America Paging Systems Group in the late 1990s.
In addition, Mr. Pick has held positions with Philips Consumer
Communications, Arch Communications Group, Unipage, Inc., PacTel Paging,
and NEC Corporation. Mr. Pick holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration ' Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Profile
TWST: Could you begin by giving us a brief overview of Globus Wireless?Mr. Pick: I would describe Globus as a provider of technology-based
engineering and product solutions to both
