JOSEPH A. VOIGHT, JR., has served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing
of Waukesha, Wisconsin-based Electronic Tele-Communications, Inc., since
August 1999. Prior to joining the company, he served from 1981 to 1999
as Assistant to the President, National Sales Manager, and most
recently, Vice President of Generac Power Systems. Mr. Voight earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from
