PHILLIP A. BOUNSALL is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of Brightpoint, Inc., one of the world's largest
distributors of mobile phones. He joined Brightpoint in October 1996.
From March 1994 until September 1996, Mr. Bounsall was Chief Financial
Officer of Walker Information, Inc. Today he serves on the Board of
Directors of Walker Information, Inc. Previously, Mr. Bounsall was a
Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked for 12 years, and
specialized in assisting emerging companies with a variety of corporate
finance challenges including public and private offerings, debt
placements and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bounsall has also been
involved in various organizations and activities related to the greater
Indianapolis community and to entrepreneurial companies and
