WILLIAM GALLAGHER is Com21's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr.
Gallagher previously held the position of Com21's Vice President of
Worldwide Sales. Mr. Gallagher's career spans nearly 30 years and
includes upper and senior management positions with Sprint, MCI and

RALPH MARIMON is the acting CFO of Com21, Inc. Mr. Marimon has been with
Com21 since 1999, and previously held positions as Corporate Controller
and Vice President. Prior to joining Com21, he worked at KLA-Tencor in a
variety of executive financial management positions. He has also held
positions at National Semiconductor, Finnigan, and Ungerrman Bass. Mr.
Marimon holds a BA from UCLA and an MM from Northwestern's Kellogg
