RAYMOND MCFEETORS is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Great-
West Life Assurance Company. He joined Great-West Life as a trainee in
the Group Division in 1968. He was appointed Bond Investment Officer in
1978; Vice President, Bond and Private Placement Investments in 1984 and
Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer in 1991. Mr. McFeetors
has also been President and Chief Executive Officer, London Life, since
1997 and Co-President and Chief Executive Officer, Great-West Lifeco
Inc. since 2000. Great-West Life and London Life are members of the
Power Financial Corporation group of companies. Mr. McFeetors received a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg in 1968. He is a
