Jerome Cohen – Mego Financial Corporation (mego)

JEROME J. COHEN is President of Mego Financial Corp. since 1988, and its wholly owned subsidiary Preferred Equities Corporation, which is a leading resort timeshare company with eight resorts located in Florida, New Jersey, Colorado, Nevada and Hawaii, trading as Ramada Vacation Suites. Mr. Cohen served for many years on the Board of the American Resort Developers Association, which is the major timeshare industry organization in the United States. Mr. Cohen went through High School in Long Beach, NY. Following Honorable discharge from the United States Army he joined his family in Miami where they had relocated. He graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1951, and entered the real estate and construction business. He also practiced law in Miami until 1962 at which time he relocated with his family to Philadelphia where he entered the corporate field. Mr. Cohen: Mego Financial Corp. is the successor-in-name to Mego Corp.,

which was
