W. R. Stedman – Pembina Pipeline Corporation (pif.t)

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree at McGill University, W.R. STEDMAN spent five years in various parts of the world as a Design and Construction Engineer with Monenco (Montreal Engineering Ltd.). In 1980, he entered Harvard Business School, graduating with his MBA in 1982. In August of 1982, he joined Pembina Resources Limited as Manager, Corporate Planning. In 1985, he was made Director, Corporate Planning and Development and in 1986, assumed the position of Vice President and General Manager. In 1993, he was promoted to President and CEO of Pembina Corporation. Mr. Stedman is the President and CEO of Pembina Pipeline Corporation and sits on the Board of Directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation as well as serves as a Trustee of the Pembina Pipeline Income Fund.
