W.MORRILL JR. / D.OLIVER – BROWN INVESTMENT ADVISORY

WLLIAM K. MORRILL JR. is a partner at Brown Investment Advisory, head of the REIT investment program at the firm and portfolio manager for the Brown Advisory Real Estate Fund. He has over 25 years of real estate experience and 19 years of REIT investment experience. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Mr. Morrill was Managing Director and CEO of LaSalle Investment Management's real estate securities division, where he headed a REIT investment operation with approximately $3.5 billion under management and was responsible for 20 employees. He began his career with LaSalle and its predecessor companies (Alex. Brown Realty Advisors et al) in 1985 and was involved in one of the first companies to specialize in REIT investments for institutional investors. Mr. Morrill has authored articles on real estate investments in a number of publications. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and is on the Board of the Johns Hopkins Graduate Program in Real Estate. DARRYL R. OLIVER is a Vice President at Brown Investment Advisory. He is a Research Analyst with the REIT Team, researching investment opportunities for the firm's real estate portfolios. Mr. Oliver is also the junior portfolio manager for the Brown Advisory Real Estate Fund. Previously, he worked with the Large Cap Growth Team at Brown Advisory as a junior portfolio manager. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mr. Oliver earned a BA degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1995 and his MBA degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002, with a concentration in Finance.
