Timothy H. Foster – Bradley, Foster & Sargent Inc

TIMOTHY H. FOSTER, founder and President of Arcadia Asset Management, joined Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. as a Principal and Portfolio Manager with the title of Executive Vice President. He is a member of the Investment Committee and also serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Foster founded Arcadia Asset Management in 1986, building assets under management in excess of $25 million. He has acted as an investment advisor to a major Hartford law firm with significant trust business, a capacity in which he continues to serve at Bradley, Foster & Sargent, Inc. Prior to founding Arcadia, Mr. Foster served as a portfolio manager of institutional equity accounts for CIGNA Investment Management Company from 1982-1986, and as a senior research analyst for Connecticut General Investment Management Company from 1981-1982. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth, which he received in 1981.
