Stephen Roth – Neose Technologies Inc (ntec)

STEPHEN A. ROTH is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neose Technology, Inc. Dr. Roth has served as a Director of the company since December 1989, and as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since August 1994. He co-founded the company and, from April 1992 until August 1994, served as Senior Vice President, Research and Development, and Chief Scientific Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, he was a consultant to the company. Dr. Roth was Professor of Biology at the University of Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1994, and was Chairman of Biology from 1982 to 1987. Dr. Roth serves on the editorial boards of The Quarterly Review of Biology and The Journal of Molecular Recognition. Dr. Roth received his BA in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, his PhD in Developmental Biology from The Case Western Reserve University, and completed his post-doctorate training in Carbohydrate Chemistry at The Johns Hopkins University.
