SKIP HELM is a Principal of William Blair & Company. Previously, he was
associated with Montgomery Ward and Arthur Anderson. A Chartered
Financial Analyst and a CPA, he received both his Bachelor's degree in
economics and his MBA in finance from Indiana University. Mr. Helm is
married, has two children, and includes flyfishing, skiing, hiking,
