Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. – Peter Hoffman

Peter Hoffman is the Founder, and he has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. and its predecessor Seven Arts Pictures Plc. since September 2004. Under Mr. Hoffman's direction, Seven Arts and its predecessors have produced and or distributed more than 30 features since its inception, including "Johnny Mnemonic," "Never Talk To Strangers," "9 1/2 Weeks II" and "Shattered Image." As CEO, his responsibilities include, among others, the selection and production of motion pictures, strategic planning, business development, operations, financial administration, accounting and reporting to the board of directors. Mr. Hoffman was previously President and CEO of Carolco Pictures Inc. He was directly involved at Carolco in the production of a large slate of independent motion pictures, including "Terminator 2," "Basic Instinct," "Total Recall" and "Rambo III." Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of the Yale Law School and has participated as a Lawyer and Executive in numerous financial and tax-preferred financings for more than 25 years. Profile
