SEAN A. MCLEOD is a Vice President of Marshall & Ilsley Investment
Management. He has managed the M&I Small-Cap style, the Marshall Small-
Cap Growth Fund and the M&I Personal Trust Small-Cap Fund for the past
year. Mr. McLeod has more than four years of equity research experience.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an analyst at Strong Funds, working on
several funds with assets in excess of $6 billion. Mr. McLeod earned MS
and BBA degrees in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He
is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research and the Milwaukee Investment Analysts

ROBERT MCDOUGALL is a Vice President of Marshall & Ilsley Investment
Management. He joined the bank in the Commercial Lending Department in
May 1994, and since 1998 he has been an Equity Analyst for the Marshall
Large-Cap Growth & Income fund. Previously, Mr. McDougall was in the
Commercial Lending Department for Bank of Boston. He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment
