MARK MUTH, an Analyst of FTN Midwest Securities Corp., joined the firm in November 2001. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group of SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation, where he gained significant experience with a variety of investment banking transactions, including public and private equity, M&A, and other advisory services for companies in the business services, technology, education and restaurant industries. ANDREW W. STAPP is a Vice President in the Research Department at Cohen Brothers & Company. He brings over 20 years of experience in providing merger and acquisition and other financial advisory services to financial institutions, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Stapp is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a BS and MBA in Finance from The University of Tennessee, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma in recognition of his academic accomplishments.
