ROUNDTABLE FORUM: REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS

RICHARD C. MOORE II is a Managing Director, Equity Research Analyst, with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc. With the company since March 1999, he manages a team of seven professionals whose research focuses on real estate investment trusts (REITs). Mr. Moore was previously a REIT analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus and Company, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and biology from the University of Redlands in Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree in management from MIT's Sloan School of Management. Mr. Moore is a Chartered Financial Analyst, as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has been recognized by both The Wall Street Journal and Zacks as an All-Star Analyst, and was recently recognized by StarMine as a Top 10 Stock Picker and a Top three Earnings Estimator within the real estate sector. LOU TAYLOR, Managing Director, joined Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in November 2000 to cover the REIT sector. Mr. Taylor joined the firm from Prudential Securities, where he spent the previous seven years as a senior analyst covering real estate. Prior to joining Prudential, he spent eight years as a real estate acquisition officer at several firms including AEW Capital, Security Capital and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
