LEE D. WILDER is a Partner with J.C. Bradford & Company. Previously,
she was associated with Robinson-Humphrey and Interstate/Johnson Lane.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, she received her Bachelor's degree from
Duke University and her MBA from Georgia State University. Ms. Wilder
is married, has two children and includes reading, traveling and

JOSEPH CHIARELLI is a Senior Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., currently
following the healthcare services sector of the equity market.
Previously, Mr. Chiarelli was associated with J.P. Morgan Securities and
Coopers & Lybrand. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from
Manhattan College and his MBA from the University of Hawaii. He also
completed the Cornell University Executive Development Program. Mr.
Chiarelli is a CPA and a Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. Profile
FRAN BLECHMAN BERNSTEIN is a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch.
