ROBERT MILLEN – JENSEN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT INC

ROBERT G. MILLEN joined Jensen Investment Management, Inc., in 2000 and currently serves as Principal and Director of Jensen Investment Management and Secretary of The Jensen Portfolio. He is also a Portfolio Manager within the firm's Investment Committee. Mr. Millen's management experience includes banking, financial services and investment management. Previously, he managed a retirement product business as Vice President of Principal Financial Group (1997-2000), a large retirement services company. Mr. Millen served as Group Vice President for Wellmark Inc. (1990-1997) with responsibility for financial services and their $1 billion investment portfolio. He was President of First Interstate Bank NA in Des Moines, Iowa, (1981-1990) and previously held senior management positions at Iowa-Des Moines National Bank. In addition to leading key business operations during his career, Mr. Millen has managed start up operations and directed merger and acquisition activity. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University and is a graduate of executive management programs at the University of Michigan and Babson College where he earned an LLIF. Mr. Millen has served on the Boards of several civic and community organizations, including Rotary Club, Young President's Organization, Iowa College Aid Commission and the Executive Committees of the Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines.
