RICHARD E. MINSHALL has been Chairman of Capital Advisors, Inc.,
since 1978. He has also been associated with Geosearch, Inc.,
Municipal Advisors, Inc., Steadfast Corp., Fourth National Bank
of Tulsa, Schneider Bernet & Hickman, Inc., and A.G. Edwards &
Sons. Early in his career Mr. Minshall also was in private law
practice. He received a BA from the University of Oklahoma and an
LLB from the University of Virginia, and attended the New York
