Outlook For Cable Tv: Gary Farber – Suntrust Robinson Humphrey

GARY A. FARBER, Senior Vice President of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, joined the firm in December 2001, covering the cable TV and cable- related industries. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Farber spent four years as a Director at SG Cowen, where his stock coverage included Comcast Corporation, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Cablevision Systems, SeaChange International and EchoStar Communications. Mr. Farber has received Institutional Investor recognition in these sectors of coverage. Prior to joining SG Cowen, Mr. Farber spent two years as a Vice President/Senior Media and Entertainment Analyst at NatWest Securities, where his stock coverage included companies such as News Corp., Time Warner, Viacom and Disney. Previously, Mr. Farber worked for Paul Kagan Associates, a private research firm specializing in media and entertainment, as a research associate.
