NIGEL F. EMMETT, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager in the
International Equity Group at JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management. An
employee of the firm since 1997, he was previously with Brown Brothers
Harriman in New York, Gartmore Investment Management and Equitable Life
Assurance in London. Mr. Emmett earned a BA degree in Economics from
Manchester University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Profile
JENNY C. SICAT is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the
International Equity Group at JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management. Prior
to joining the firm in 1995, she was a Portfolio Manager in Emerging
Markets focusing on currencies and derivatives. Ms. Sicat was a
Management Consultant at LPC and First Manhattan Consulting. She holds a
BS degree in Economics from Warwick University and an MS in Economics

Mr. Emmett: First of all, J.P. Morgan has been running non-US
