CHRISTOPHER BUONAFEDE has been at Fox-Pitt, Kelton since 1998. In 2002
he became Senior Mortgage Finance Analyst, and he is currently a Vice
President. Previously he was an Associate Analyst for Harold C. Brown &
Co., and then at Standard and Poor's Corporation. He began his career as
an Investment Associate with HSBC in 1992. He received an MBA from the
State University of New York in 1996, and a BS in Finance from NYU in
