LIDA B. GREENBERG is an Executive Vice President and Chief Investment
Officer with Delta Capital Management, Inc. From 1990 to 1992, she was a
Vice President with Salomon Brothers Asset Management, responsible for
the investment portfolio of the Salomon Brothers Investors Fund. Prior
to that, Ms. Greenberg was an Analyst with Lehman Management, as well as
a Securities Analyst with the Irving Trust Company. She is active in the
investment community and is a member of numerous industry organizations.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Ms. Greenberg holds a Bachelor's degree
