KARL TANTSCHER is the Chief Executive Officer of S&T AG. Prior to that
he was Member of the Management Board. Mr Tantscher co-founded the
company in 1993, and became General Manager until 1998, when he joined
the Management Board. Mr Tantscher was 17 years with HP in Vienna and
Geneva, when he served in several management functions including Sales
and Marketing. He holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the Technical
