JOHN P. THAYER is Chief Investment Officer for Associated Investment
Management, LLC, and manages the Associated Common Stock Fund. He earned
a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and is a Certified
Financial Planner. Mr. Thayer earned the Chartered Financial Analyst
designation and is a member of AIMR. He has 20 years of experience in
trust and portfolio management. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr.
