JASON DIAMOND is Director of the Diamond Research Group at
CapStone Investments. He is a 22-year Wall Street veteran, having
started in the bonds business at the age of 19 at the late
Moseley Hallgarten. Since then he has worked with several firms,
until he finally ended up at Capstone, where he built the current
