JAMES MILLER – S&T BANCORP INC (STBA)

JAMES C. MILLER is President and Chief Executive Officer of S&T Bancorp, Inc. He received a BS Degree from Penn State in Business Administration in 1968. After serving two years in the U. S. Army Field Artillery, he returned to Penn State and received an MBA in 1971. Mr. Miller began his banking career with the Brookville Bank & Trust Company in 1971. The Brookville Bank, which later changed its name to UniBank, was acquired by S&T Bank in 1983. Mr. Miller was named Executive Vice President and Secretary of S&T Bank at that time. In April 1993, Mr. Miller was named President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of S&T Bank as well as a Director of S&T Bancorp, Inc., the bank's parent corporation. On January 1, 1998, he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of S&T Bancorp, Inc., and S&T Bank.
