JAMES H. MILLER serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc. He joined the company as
President in June 1989, was elected Chief Executive Officer in June 1990
and was elected Chairman of the Board in April 1996. Prior to joining
the company, Mr. Miller served as Executive Vice President of Beecham
Laboratories, with responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical and Animal
Health Divisions. Mr. Miller previously spent 10 years with Frank J.
Corbet, Inc., a major healthcare advertising agency as Executive Vice
