INVESTING IN MICROCAP COMPANIES: WILL LYONS – WESTMINSTER SECURITIES CORPORATION

WILL LYONS joined Westminster Securities Corporation as Director of Equity Research in 2002, specializing in microcap North American equities. During the previous 11 years, Mr. Lyons was Founder and Senior Editor of three independent investment research publications: Global Value (covering the 200 largest global companies listed in the US), Emerging MicroCap (covering undiscovered North American microcap companies) and Short on Value (covering overvalued equities from a short selling perspective), responsible for supervising all research activities, including fundamental and technical analysis, financial analysis, writing, editing and publishing. From 1991-1994, Mr. Lyons was a Vice President with Bank of America Trust asset management division. Mr. Lyons began his career in international corporate and correspondent banking with Bank of America and Wachovia in Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte, North Carolina, London, England, and Dsseldorf, Germany.
