Laurie Hunsicker, a managing director in FBR's financial services

community banks and thrifts. Ms. Hunsicker has more than 13 years of
experience in the securities industry and is well-known in the financial
press, including American Banker, Buyside magazine, Financial World,
Forbes, Investor's Business Daily, and SNL Daily. Additionally, she is a
contributing author to American Community Banker's magazine and CBANYS
