Brian Bair has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Offerpad Solutions Inc. since he founded the company in July 2015 with a mission to provide the best way to buy and sell a home. In September 2021, he also assumed the role of Chairman of the Board. Mr. Bair has pioneered several successful real estate service models. Prior to founding Offerpad, he served as the founder and President at Bair Group Real Estate from April 2008 to June 2015. Additionally, he co-founded Lexington Financial in March 2011 and served as its Managing Member from March 2011 to March 2012, and co-founded Bridgeport Financial Services in May 2008 and served as its Managing Member from May 2008 to May 2011.
