IVAN ARTEAGA joined Gabelli Funds, Inc., in 1992 as a Research Analyst
responsible for the telecommunications industry on a global basis. In
1994 he became Co-Portfolio Manager for the Gabelli Global
Telecommunications Fund and Associate Portfolio Manager of Gabelli
Global Growth Fund. Mr. Arteaga began his business career as a
Certified Public Accountant at PMG Peat Marwick where he supervised
audit engagements across a wide range of industries. He is a graduate of
Boston College's Carroll School of Management with a degree in
Accounting. Mr. Arteaga earned an MBA from Columbia University's School
of Business and earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst

EVAN D. MILLER joined Gabelli Asset Management Inc. in 2002 as a
specialist in global telecommunications. His investment career spans
nearly a quarter century in the telecom industry with corporate
positions at British Telecom, Sprint and Viatel in strategy and business
development. In addition, Mr. Miller was affiliated with Credit Suisse
First Boston and Lehman Brothers, covering European telecommunications
companies. He has spent the last 14 years living and working in the UK.
Mr. Miller is a citizen of the US as well as of the UK. He earned a BA
degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and an MBA
