FRED L. FARRAR is President, Chief Operating Officer and
Treasurer of Windrose Medical Properties Trust. In addition to
serving as President, COO and Treasurer since Windrose's
formation in March 2002, Mr. Farrar has held the position of
Chief Financial Officer of Hospital Affiliates Development
Corporation, Windrose's development subsidiary, since 1990. Mr.
Farrar was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of National Guest Homes, Inc., an assisted living
developer and operator, from 1990 until the sale of the company
to Marriott Senior Living Services in 1996. From 1981 until 1990,
Mr. Farrar worked as a financial planner and consultant. He holds
a JD degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a BA from
