E. THOMAS HART is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
QuickLogic Corporation. Mr. Hart has served as President and Chief
Executive Officer of QuickLogic since June 1994, and was elected
Chairman of the Board in 2001. He has 35 years of experience in the
semiconductor industry. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Hart was Vice
President and General Manager of the Advanced Networks Division at
National Semiconductor Corporation. He has also held senior management
positions in engineering, operations, sales and marketing at Motorola
Inc. and Silicon General Inc. Mr. Hart was a consultant with Hart Weston
International, a technology-based management consulting firm. He holds a
BSEE from the University of Washington. Profile

Mr. Hart: QuickLogic was founded in 1988 by three
