Diana Joseph – Mesirow Financial Asset Management

DIANA J. JOSEPH is Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Mesirow Financial Asset Management, the lead Manager for the well- performing All Cap Value and Growth & Value Blend Equity Composites and Director of the Taxable Investment Process for the department. Previous analytical and portfolio management experience includes Portfolio Manager at Harris Associates, LP, Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Rothschild Investment Corp. and Portfolio Manager, President and Founder of The Joseph Group, Ltd. She has been responsible for over $450 million in managed assets, has broad experience in growth and value equity composites and equity, fixed income and company analysis, and has developed proprietary analytical frameworks for macroeconomic and fundamental analysis. Other experience includes the practice of complex commercial litigation at Hinshaw and Culbertson while developing an independent performance track record. She has held other positions in banking, law and family office management. She is a frequent speaker and appears on a regular basis in print, Web and television media and as a featured speaker at professional conferences. She participates in many civic organizations and is a Delegate to the Investment Subcommittee and Finance Committee of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and a Board Member of the Hooten Fund. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami, Florida, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in both Finance and Management, and cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree.
