CYNTHIA PRINCE-FOX – WADDELL & REED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

CYNTHIA PRINCE-FOX is co-Chief Investment Officer of Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., Waddell & Reed's San Antonio-based affiliate. She is a Senior Vice President of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company (WRIMCO) and Waddell & Reed Ivy Investment Company (WRIICO). Ms. Prince- Fox graduated in 1982 from St. Mary's University at San Antonio, Texas, with a BBA in finance. She earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Rockhurst College in 1989. Ms. Prince-Fox joined Waddell & Reed in 1983 as an Equity Investment Analyst. In January 1991 she was named Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Core Investment Fund. In January 1993 she was appointed a Vice President of WRIMCO and Portfolio Manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Continental Income Fund. In April 1994 she was named Portfolio Manager of the W&R Target Balanced Portfolio. From January 1995 to April 1999 she was Portfolio Manager of Waddell & Reed Advisors Retirement Shares. Waddell & Reed introduced the Waddell & Reed Advisors Tax-Managed Equity Fund and the Ivy Tax- Managed Equity Fund in 2000 with Ms. Prince-Fox as Portfolio Manager. She was appointed a Senior Vice President in July 2000. Ms. Prince-Fox was appointed co-Chief Investment Officer of Austin, Calvert & Flavin in January 2002. Currently, she is Portfolio Manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Continental Income Fund and the W&R Target Balanced Portfolio. WRIMCO is the investment adviser of the funds.
