Charles F. Severson – Baird Investment Management Services

J. BARY MORGAN is a First Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Baird Investment Management. Having joined the firm in 1992, he currently manages approximately $175 million of assets of high-net worth and institutional clients. Previously, Mr. Morgan was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen. TWST: How do you define mid-cap for the Baird Mid-Cap growth portfolios?

Mr. Morgan: First of all, we define mid-cap companies as those companies

whose market capitalizations fall between $1
