Rick Weiss joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC's research department as a bank and thrift stock Analyst in 1999. He was selected by Forbes and Starmine in 2010 and 2006 as one of the top stock pickers for the thrift and mortgage finance industry, and he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as "Best on the Street" in the its 2004 analyst survey. Prior to joining JMS, Mr. Weiss was a member of the corporate finance department at Ryan Beck & Co., Inc. He has over seven years' experience as a Banking and Securities Regulator at the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
