Bruce Weber – Veredus Asset Management Llc

BRUCE ANTHONY (TONY) WEBER is a co-founder and principal member of Veredus Asset Management LLC, and serves as Veredus's President and Chief Investment Officer. Prior to founding Veredus, Mr. Weber was President and Senior Portfolio Manager for SMC Capital in Louisville, KY from 1993 to 1998. From 1989 to 1993, he was Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Shelby County Trust Bank where he managed a common trust fund that later became the Shelby Fund and was the foundation for the formation of SMC Capital. From 1983 to 1989, he was Principal and Vice President of Trading for Fred Alger Management in New York. His career began with First Kentucky Trust Company in 1981 as a Securities Analyst.
