BRIAN A. BYTHROW is a Portfolio Manager in the Personal Asset
Management Group of 1st Source Bank in Granger, Indiana. Prior to
joining the firm in April 1998, he spent two years with First of
America Investment Corporation as an Equity Analyst. Mr. Bythrow
earned a BS from the United States Air Force Academy in 1989 and
