BARBARA G. MARCIN joined Gabelli Asset Management, Inc., in June 1999 to
manage the Gabelli Blue Chip Value Fund. Prior to joining the Gabelli
organization, she was head of value investments at Citibank Global Asset
Management. Ms. Marcin earned an MBA from Harvard University's Graduate
School of Business in 1986. She completed her undergraduate studies in
1979 at the University of Virginia where she graduated with distinction
