A. KEITH WALL has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc., since 2001. Mr. Wall has more than
26 years of financial and operational experience with both public and
private companies including a series of increasingly more responsible
financial positions in the food service and hospitality industry
including Taco Bell, Western Sizzlin and Marriott Corporation. Most
recently, Mr. Wall served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
for Commerce, California-based Central Financial Acceptance Corp., a
diversified financial services organization with numerous subsidiaries
and affiliates, where he was responsible for all financial functions,
human resources and administration. Mr. Wall joined Central Financial
Acceptance following the sale of its affiliate Central Rents, Inc., in
1998, at which time he served as Central Rents' Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. Prior to Central Rents, Mr. Wall served as Vice
President and Controller for Wichita, Kansas-based Thorn Americas, the
operator of Rent-A-Center and Remco Rent-to-Own stores, and as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Houston, Texas-based Remco
America, Inc. Prior to Joining Remco Mr. Wall was the Vice President,
Controller and Treasurer of Dallas, Texas-based Western Sizzlin. Before
that, Mr. Wall served in a variety of different management capacities
with Taco Bell and Marriott. Mr. Wall, a CPA, holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration from the Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University as well as an MBA from the University of
